Make reservation online by making a refundable deposit of €1000 (check, Visa or Mastercard). Your deposit will not be used and will accrue interest.*

Priority numbers will be assigned in the order the application was submitted. When the Reservation Process begins, applicants by priority number will have the first right to choose and reserve their preferred choice of location and floor plan before anyone else.

Accepted Applicants will be offered the lowest, pre-construction price ranging from €50,00 up to€80,000 depending upon the upgrades you choose.

As a Bonus to Priority Applicants, the first 50 will be able to select their interior finishes and receive $2000 of construction upgrades for cabinets, appliances, and wall coverings. Priority Applicants will also enjoy sponsored luncheons and special events when the Community start.
