Do I have to be Luxury to live in the Serenade Estate?
No, but you have to understand that this Luxury-focused community. Its libraries, parties and activities are Luxury-oriented.

Is this an age-restricted community for adults 50 an over?
No. Everyone is welcome here though communities like this is popular among older Luxury men who are almost or usually retired.

Is the building Handicap Accessible?
Yes, every single aspect has been designed for Handicap accessibility. The Serenade Estate is not designed for assisted-living. However, each suite will be built with an infrastructure that allows us to install (at your discretion) any device with flexibility.

COMMUNITY LIVING

Can I bring someone to live with me in my suite?
Yes. You can bring one to live with you. You can bring a partner or share it with a friend. That is your option.

Does my roommate have to pay to live with me?
Yes. Each residence living in the Serenade Estate will pay €650 to cover miscellaneous, maintenance fee, services and amenities.

Can I invite guests to sleep over?
Yes. Definitely. And we encourage you to invite friends so we can show and share what we have. There is a maximum of 3 guests per room for safety and hygienic reasons and there is an extra minimal charge of €10. each to cover cleaning services.

Are visiting guests allowed to use the facilities?
Yes, Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy what we have.

If I have more than 3 guests are there accommodating in the village?
Yes, there are accommodation available in the nearby villages at surprisingly low prices as well. In addition, we will arrange special rates and package for our guests.

Do I have to pay maintenance fee should I decide to go on vacation?
No, your fee is computed based only on your presence.

What is the monthly maintenance fees for residents?

Why is the residents fee very inexpensive?
Because the facility is equipped with modern technology that is cost effective when used by many like WI-FI and Internet telephony. Volume purchases of food and household miscellaneous also dramatically reduce the purchase cost. Suburban living is also cheaper than urban living. We have coop and incentive programs to benefit residents by using and maximizing what the Estate has. The Estate has a park, the bar and the restaurant to begin. It can be used used for parties and functions. 50% of the profit from these programs will be given to the residents.

Why is there no kitchen in the unit?
There are 3 reasons we've considered why. First and second is the maximum fire safety and hygienic. Third, is the kitchen and exhaust cost of construction. Eliminating the kitchen and exhaust has made the price of each unit significantly reduced.

Can I tell the chef to cook for my favorite dish one?
Yes. Our chef' is flexible. We can train them to make your favorite dish... If the spice is rare, you can buy them and still avail the savings we get from the volume supply that we purchase. It's will be cheaper. Our menu is also varied everyday of the week so you there will be more for you to choose.

In addition, The Serenade Estate offers a hotel suite living. We have certified dietitians and gourmet chefs to make healthy food. Let the staff do the work for while you play.

MEDICAL and CONTINUING CARE

What happens if I will be needing an assistant, can I bring someone who will take care of me?
Yes, you can. At the same time we can provide with a temporary assistant for additional charge. Unfortunately, the facility is designed for independent living and long term assistance may not be more convenient for you. However, when the time comes that you needed care, we will allow someone to take care of you. We are also studying the possibilities of assisted living for the future.

LOCATION

What is special in Suchomasty, it is a small village with one bar and one store?
Your privacy is special and Suchomasty's location on the top of the hill offers a privacy and security which has no substitute. It took us a lot of research to find a village like this with a small population, nice piece of land, close distance proximity to a major city and a place where cost of living luxuriously is affordable.

One thing we considered most in a small village is not just that we will be sitting on top of everyone. With a population of only 459 it means its easier to get a long with everyone around. Let alone the safety from harassment and passing a village ordinance when we already comprise 10% of the population.

Living in the middle of the populous urban city have certainly good reasons, but luxurious living in a city calculated on reasonable cost is never possible.

How secure is the property is the Serenade Estate?
The Serenade Estate is located on a hill top and part of the construction budget we will install state-of -the-art security system which is monitored 24-hours. The use of infrared, night-vision cameras, laser guided fence and auto-switch lighting will secure the place from uninvited guests. The infrastructures of the building with one main entrance will also make the place easy to monitor.


Is their a transportation system in Suchomasty?
Yes, there is a buy system that goes to the villages and to the train station. The Serenade estate also provides a minibus that can be used for different reasons.
