The Serenade Estate is designed for Luxury retirement, with all the issues of aging taken into account. The suites are accessible with wider doorways and larger bathrooms. Each suite will be built with an infrastructure that allows us to install (at your discretion) any devices with flexibility. |

The vision is a retirement community with Luxury owners, single or couples. But, you don't have to be retired to live here. The owners, aged 50 to nearly 80, love to party, host dinners and social events, and go on outings. But this is not a resort.
We believe that a Luxury Retirement Community should be exciting and fun. Residents should not be limited to listening to piano, watching concertos, card games and all of those common stuff some fear to be doing when they become old. What this community offers is a dash of lifestyle entertainment - Luxury stuff, organized Luxury tours, city Luxury-style cruising and Luxury parties on both sides...

We have chosen the Czech Republic not just for its geographical location and its reasonable and affordable cost of living, but its importance and significance in the Luxury world.
