 Treatment Approach

Cellular and Biochemical Medicine employs a system of management similar to what the Father of Medicine, Hippocrates, used - Hippocratic Therapy. A treatment approach based on cooperation with nature - diet, rest, fresh.air, massage and baths.

Armed with modern medical knowledge, various researches, actual observations and factual results, I came up with a management approach, which to my 20 and more years of practice, I found successful and very safe.

MANAGEMENT APPROACH:
1. Diet
2. Exercise
3. Rest
4. Supplementation

Diet: A. Rejuvenating Food (Gleam)
The body is made up of about 75 trillion cells. These cells, except for the cells of the central nervous system, live and die and are continually replaced by new cells. In five to seven-year time, new cells of the liver, kidney, lungs, etc. have totally replaced old cells. Critical for new cell formation is the cell membrane. Rejuvenating food contains the ingredient for cell membrane development and integrity like omega-3 and omega-6 EFA in their appropriate ratio for the synthesis of membrane phospholipids; also these foods are rich in essential amino acids, vitamins and enzyme co-factors to support cell regeneration.

Daily Requirement:
a. 2 soft-boiled eggs daily
b. 2-3 glasses of full cream milk or 3-4 heaping tablespoons of powdered full cream milk daily.
c. Cottage cheese (kesong puti) or cream cheese without preservative.
d. Yoghurt or kefir.

B. Energy Food (Go) Source of sugar and complex carbohydrate to energize the cell.
a. Complex carbohydrate: unpolished rice, whole wheat, potato, sweet potato.
b. Raw sugar: honey, molasses, muscovado, silag or pulot (Pulotipot).
c. Fresh butter, olive oil

C. Body-building Food (Grow) Source of protein and essential amino acids for muscle, nerve and bone development.
a. Lean beef, carabeef, lamb, goat
b. Poultry, turkey, duck, quail
c. Fish with fins and scales
d. Beans

D. Regulatory Food (Glow) Source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibers to increase immunity and to prevent excessive cholesterol and triglyceride absorption. These foods also help prevent degenerative diseases like arthritis, neuritis, atheroschlerosis, cancer, etc.
a. Vegetables: tomatoes, cucumber, eggplant, lettuce, cabbage, okra, squash, ampalaya and green leafy vegetables like horseradish (malunggay), kangkong, saluyot and camote tops.
b. Fruits: fresh fruits or 100% fruit juices without additives and preservatives.

Don'ts
1.
Pork and pork products like bacon, ham and longganisa.
2. Foods with preservatives like hotdog, corned beef, etc.
3. Seafood like crabs, shrimps, oysters, squids, etc.
4. Fish without fins and scales like catfish (hito), swordfish, eel, etc. 5. White and brown sugar.
6. Margarine and vegetable shortening (lard or manteca).
7. Distilled Water.
8. Softdrinks and artificial fruit juices.
9. Drinks containing artificial flavorings like vanillin (imitation vanilla flavor)

Exercise: Aerobic exercises are physical activities that require immediate and constant use of great quantities of oxygen. Such exercise should last over long periods of time to have beneficial psychological effects on the cardio respiratory system. Examples of such activities that improve cardiovascular endurance include brisk-walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, and basketball and racket sports like tennis.

According to several researches, regular exercise will produce the following health benefits:
1. Stronger and more efficient heart muscle.
2. Slower heartbeat that means the heart does not work hard to pump the same amount of blood, thus leading to a more efficient use of energy.
3. Better blood lipid and lipoprotein profile.
4. Greater oxygen intake capacity meaning lower oxygen use for a given task without grasping for breath to perform it.
5. Improved circulation through the formation of new arteries or enlargement of small capillaries around diseased or damaged vessels.
6. Reduction of blood pressure.
7. Enhanced bone density.
8. Increased muscle mass while encouraging the loss of fat body weight.
9. Reduced stress thereby promoting sleep and enhancing sense of well being.
10. Enhanced immunological function.

Aerobic training was popularized by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper, who extensively conducted a study on the effects of exercise on the human body. His recommendation is a thirty-minute exercise at least three times a week in order to attain the most effective cardiovascular benefit. For anti-aging purposes, I recommend an aerobic exercise once or twice a day within tolerable limits.

Rest:
8 hours of sleep. One-day (24-hour) rest from routine work (from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset). This is a time for communing with God and fellowship with like-minded people for thorough physical and spiritual rejuvenation.

Supplementation:
Supplementation is needed because of imbalance diet, nutrient-deficient food, food processing and storage causing many food nutrient to be lost or diminished in strength and inefficient utilization of food nutrient due to problems in digestion, absorption and assimilation.

A. Rapid Cellular Balancing (RCB)
1. RCB activates all enzyme systems and immediately puts the body in high gear for repair and improved functioning of diseased tissues. Effect is exponential in speed and patient's improvement occurs within minutes.
2. RCB improves circulation and oxygenation of both motor and sensory nerves thus improving movement and abolishing painful condition due to neuropathies, pneumonia, cancer, etc.
3. Reverses neuromuscular blockade caused by drugs like steroid, beta2-antagonist, and aminophylline thus immediately improving breathing of patients with asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
4. Immediately repair inflamed tissue thus improving joint movement and lessening pain due to arthritis.
5. Lessens production of allergic chemical mediators like Leukotrienes and Histamines, thus, improving allergic conditions.
6. Counteracts prostaglandin release responsible for fever and exercise gastrointestinal motility.

RCB's are available for various conditions: Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis, Acute Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Allergic Rhinitis, Skin Allergy, Neuropathies (Lumbago, Sciatica, Trigeminal Neuralgia), Arthritis, Febrile conditions like Typhoid, Gastritis, Diarrhea, High Blood or Stroke.

B. Maintenance: Cellular Balancing Maintenance (CBM) capsules are highly recommended to continue the effects achieved thru RCB's. Maintenance capsules are available for various conditions stated above and taken once daily.

Contents: Essential Amino Acids, Vitamins, Coenzymes, Enzyme Co-Factors and Antioxidants.
